Nicki Eyre, Founder of Conduct Change led one of the breakout room sessions at the TCM Group's NHS event in November. She has personally been subjected to bullying behaviours at work, and felt early resolution could have had an impactful role.

"When you get to the end of a formal process, it's over for the people who have been involved at HR, legal and medical level; but those who carry on are left in a really difficult place."

"We need to look at how we can intervene to prevent issues escalating in the first place, but also how we can support people after resolution, which is the bit that is often missed."
