Workplace Bullying Awareness – Online Workshop
Aim: An in-depth programme looking at the complexities of workplace bullying, leading to individual raised awareness to help prevent different types of disruptive and unacceptable behaviour, workplace bullying and harassment.
Duration: 3-hour session delivered via Zoom
Availability: Usually limited to a maximum of 18 attendees
What’s included?
In Session 1, Attendees will explore:
Ø Definitions of bullying, cyberbullying and harassment
Ø Overview of current legislation
Ø Different forms and behaviours that bullying can take in the workplace
Ø Remote working: what makes cyberbullying different?
Ø The bullying relationship – what makes someone bully?
Ø Professional, personal and emotional impact of being bullied in the workplace
Ø Differentiating between performance and conduct
Ø Current best practice for organisations
All delegates will receive a copy of the slides plus a detailed Bullying Behaviours handout
